These Terms of Service govern your use of SwiftCleaningSC.com and your communications with Swift Cleaning Services, LLC through this website. By using the website, you agree to these terms.
Website Use
You may use this website for lawful purposes, including learning about our services, requesting information, and requesting a quote. You may not:
- Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, server, email system, or related accounts
- Interfere with the operation or security of the website
- Submit false, misleading, malicious, or spam information
- Copy or use website content in a way that violates intellectual-property rights
Quote Requests Are Not Service Agreements
Submitting a quote request does not create a contract, guarantee availability, reserve a service date, or obligate either party to proceed. Website descriptions and preliminary communications are for general informational purposes.
Services begin only after Swift Cleaning Services and the customer agree to the applicable scope, price, schedule, and other material terms. Those terms may appear in an estimate, proposal, work order, service agreement, change order, invoice, or other written communication.
Service Agreements and Scope of Work
Each project is subject to the written scope and terms accepted for that project. If these website terms conflict with a signed or accepted service agreement, estimate, proposal, work order, or change order, the project-specific document controls.
Requests for work outside the agreed scope may require additional approval, time, labor, materials, or charges. We may decline work that is unsafe, unlawful, outside our capabilities, or materially different from the conditions described when the quote was prepared.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about the property, project, requested services, and known hazards
- Providing safe and timely access to the work area
- Ensuring utilities, lighting, and other agreed site conditions are available
- Securing valuables, sensitive documents, medications, weapons, and fragile or irreplaceable items
- Keeping children, pets, occupants, and unauthorized persons safely away from active work areas when appropriate
- Disclosing hazardous materials, biohazards, pests, structural hazards, or other unsafe conditions before work begins
Furniture, Junk, and Debris Removal
Removal services are limited to items we agree to accept. We may refuse hazardous, illegal, contaminated, excessively heavy, restricted, or improperly prepared items. Customers must have the legal authority to authorize removal of all items presented to us.
Disposal, hauling, special handling, access limitations, weight, volume, and regulatory requirements may affect pricing and availability.
Pricing and Payment
Pricing, deposits, payment schedules, accepted payment methods, taxes, and other charges will be stated in the applicable estimate, proposal, agreement, or invoice. Customers agree to pay approved charges according to those written terms.
If site conditions, quantities, access requirements, or the requested scope materially differ from the information used to prepare a quote, we may revise the quote or request approval for additional charges before continuing.
Scheduling, Changes, and Cancellations
Service dates and completion times are estimates unless expressly confirmed in writing. Weather, site readiness, access issues, staffing, supply availability, safety concerns, and circumstances beyond reasonable control may require rescheduling.
Any project-specific cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, or late-access terms will be disclosed in the applicable estimate, proposal, or service agreement.
Results and Existing Conditions
We aim to provide dependable, professional service, but specific results may depend on the age, material, condition, maintenance history, construction residue, staining, damage, or accessibility of a surface or item. Cleaning may not remove permanent stains, discoloration, wear, defects, or pre-existing damage.
Customers should notify us promptly of concerns so we have a reasonable opportunity to review them. Any service warranty or correction process specifically offered for a project will be stated in the applicable written agreement.
Website Information and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and available. However, website content may contain errors, become outdated, or be temporarily unavailable. Service descriptions do not guarantee that a particular service is available for every property, project, location, or requested date.

The website may link to social-media platforms or other third-party websites. We do not control their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Swift Cleaning Services, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this website.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Liability relating to cleaning, removal, or other paid services is governed by the applicable service agreement and applicable law.

Governing Law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
